Courtney Fry, Vice President

Courtney has coordinated the firm’s research activities since 2007 and was promoted in May 2010 to director of research. In this role, she utilizes a variety of resources, both internal and external to the firm, to identify top level prospects and referral sources for many of the firm’s searches. She also gathers organizational intelligence to be used in the evaluation process.

Courtney is serving as a key player in the firm’s new growth into middle management level searches for faith-based hospitals, colleges/universities and ministries. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business in Dallas.
