Diane McGrath, Consultant

Diane’s role with FSPLeaders is Consultant, assisting in sourcing and executive placement processes. Diane’s career has included corporate training and development as well as leadership and talent consulting, working with global healthcare, high tech and energy firms in business development and consulting roles.

Diane served as Principal Consultant with Korn/Ferry Leadership & Talent Consulting where she partnered with clients to develop global talent solutions to select and develop effective leaders. Moving from the corporate marketplace in 2015, Diane felt called to work in a faith-based non-profit ministry, joining the Halftime Institute as Admissions Manager and Fellows Concierge.

Diane received a B.A. degree in Spanish and Marketing from Texas Tech University and is located in Dallas, TX.
